Booking privacy notice

We use your name, email, phone number, guest count and stay dates to respond to your request, manage your booking, record host-confirmed payment and provide check-in information. We do not collect card or bank-account details on this website.

Who can see your information?

Private booking records are available only to the authorised host. The public calendar shows blocked dates only. We do not publish guest names or contact details or import them from Airbnb or Booking.com. Those calendars can be delayed and availability remains subject to host confirmation.

The website and its database are hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. If you choose WhatsApp, your message is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms. There are no advertising trackers added by this website.

Why we use it

We use booking information to take steps at your request before entering a booking agreement and to manage your stay. We also use limited records for legitimate business administration and preventing duplicate bookings. The privacy checkbox acknowledges this notice; it is not consent to marketing.

Keeping and removing records

Records are stored in the site's database, rather than just in your browser. The default review period is 365 days after the requested stay ends. The host can change that period and anonymise old pending, cancelled and checked-out records. Active bookings are excluded. Anonymisation removes names and contact details while retaining booking references, dates and totals. Records required for accounting, disputes or legal obligations may need to be retained separately.
